Fonte, arquivo e memória: um olhar sobre o guia de cursos de graduação da UFMA

Abstract

Este artigo registra experiências desenvolvidas com profissionais da UFMA durante o processo de elaboração do Guia dos Cursos de Graduação. Discute a importância das fontes (documentos) e arquivos para preservação da história das instituições de educação superior, analisando o Guia como instrumento de guarda da memória na UFMA. Descreve o levantamento e análise dos documentos utilizados no Guia e apresenta um ensaio de interpretação do corpus documental dos Projetos Pedagógicos de quatro Cursos de Graduação. O Guia foi criado com o objetivo de disponibilizar à comunidade informações dos cursos da UFMA/PROEN e agrupar os diversos PPC’s. A construção permitiu aglutinar as vozes que regulamentam a política da graduação no atual tempo histórico da UFMA e reconhecer a multiplicidade de pensamentos sobre ensino, pesquisa e extensão na graduação nesta IES. _____________ABSTRACT: This article registers experiences developed with professionals from the Federal University of the State of Maranhão, during the process of elaboration of Graduation Courses Guide. It is discussed the importance of sources (documents) and archives for the preservation of the history of high education institutions, analyzing the guide as an instrument of memory custody in UFMA (Federal University of the State of Maranhão). It is described the surveying and analysis of documents used in the guide and it is presented an interpretation test of the documental corpus of Pedagogical Projects of four graduation courses. The Guide was created aiming on providing the community with information about UFMA/PROEN courses and grouping several PPC’s. This construction has enabled to agglutinate the voices that implement the graduation policy in education, research and extension of the graduation courses of this (IES) High Education Institution.
