A vida dos povos ameríndios é marcada por rituais ou momentos ritualísticos. Esses momentos, como os de práticas de tabu, resguardo, restrição e ornamentação, constroem a corporeidade Canela. O artigo descreve momentos de fabricação do corpo desse povo em que a consubstancialidade e a comensalidade possuem centralidade. Destaca, ainda, a importância dos mekarõ e do cay para a construção da corporeidade Canela. E enfatiza a ornamentação corporal como uma prática cuja agentividade é o fortalecimento dos corpos ameríndios. ___________ ABSTRACT: The purpose of this article is to think about the construction of the Canela body, Timbira people, Jê speakers, located in the state of Maranhão, Brazil. The life of Amerindian peoples is marked by rituals or ritualistic moments. These moments, like the practices of taboo, shelter, restraint and ornamentation, construct the Canela corporeity. The article describes moments of body manufacturing among this people in which consubstantiality and commensality are of central importance. It also emphasizes the importance of the mekaro and the cay for the construction of the Canela corporeity. In addition, it emphasizes body ornamentation as a practice whose agentivity is the strengthening of Amerindian bodies. This sparked a controversy among the students about the fictional couple, dichotomous categorical exclusionary sex (male-female), gender (malefemale) and sexuality (heterosexual, homosexual) expressed in the rigid school architecture, determined by the heteronormative standard that has no space for other bodies that disrupt binaries, especially the bathroom. As a consequence of this destabilization students feel ""raped" and "offended" by the action by the visitor, but at the same time, unable to clearly explain why such a feeling. The methodology used was made from direct and informal conversations with students observing, collectively and individually, as well as debates in the classroom. Gender was understood in this context as equivalent and / or equal to sex organ and not as a social and symbolic construction on bodies, gender and sexuality. ____ RESUMO: Este trabalho tem como objetivo mapear a heteronormatividade como dispositivo sexual e as diferenças como possibilidade de uma pedagogia queer no ambiente educacional universitário a partir de uma experiência vivenciada pelos alun@s do curso de Licenciatura em Ciências Humanas da Universidade Federal do Maranhão-UFMA, campus São Bernardo tendo como viés de análise o paradigma Pós-Estruturalista e a Teoria Queer. O estudo de caso refere-se ao episódio em que um visitante do campus homossexual masculino que se sentiu mais à vontade em usar o banheiro feminino gerou uma desestabilização entre @s alun@s do referido curso acerca dos pares categoriais ficcionais, dicotômicos excludentes de sexo (macho-fêmea), gênero (homem-mulher) e sexualidade (heterossexual-homossexual) expressados na arquitetura escolar rígida, determinada pelo padrão heteronormativo que não possui espaço para outros corpos que rompam com os binarismos, em especial o banheiro. Como consequência dessa desestabilização @s alun@s se sentirem “violentad@s” e “ofendid@s” pela ação do visitante, mas ao mesmo tempo, sem conseguir explicar com clareza o porquê de tal sentimento. A metodologia utilizada se deu a partir de observação direta e conversas informais com os alunos, de maneira coletiva e individual, bem como debates travados em sala de aula. A partir dessa situação limite foi possível compreender que o gênero foi entendido pelos alu@s enquanto equivalente e/ou igual a órgão sexual e não enquanto uma construção social, simbólica e política sobre os corpos, gêneros e sexualidade. Gupta and J. Ferguson (2000) entitled "Beyond 'culture: space, identity and politics of difference"; of M. Sahlins (1997) in the articles "O 'sentimental pessimism' and the ethnographic experience: because culture is not an endangered object Part I and part II" and, finally, M. Carneiro da Cunha with the Article "Culture" and culture: traditional knowledge and intellectual rights "(2009). The authors have a critical view of culture and speak of cultural transformations, but in different ways. The first authors propose the end of the notion of culture, the american anthropologist argues in defense of the category of culture and, finally, the anthropologist affirms the existence of a metacategory: the culture with quotation marks.____ RESUMO: Este ensaio tem como objetivo fazer uma breve análise sobre o conceito de cultura tomando como base os artigos de A. Gupta e J. Ferguson(2000) intitulado “Mais além da ‘cultura’: espaço, identidade e política da diferença”; de M. Sahlins(1997) nos artigos “O ‘pessimismo sentimental’ e a experiência etnográfica: porque a cultura não é um objeto em via de extinção Parte I e parte II” e, por fim, de M. Os autores possuem uma visão crítica de cultura e falam de transformações culturais, mas de formas distintas. Thus, it aims to present as gender studies influenced the studies of prostitution and how researchers undertook this theme fruitful dialogues from the incorporation of critical analytical categories of gender. Therefore, reflecting on the issues that permeated the debates on the gendered relations in diverse societies, it is intended to demonstrate the existing intersections between both studies, which historically have come to share common issues with the emergence of studies on sexuality. Furthermore, it is intended to outline the historical transformations of perspectives on the issue of prostitution occurred in these studies - which began with a discourse on the practice sanitarian and currently focus on analyzes of the assemblages of the profession by sex workers.
